Dimitra Giatrakou is an award-winning makeup and prosthetics designer with extensive experience across film, television, advertising, and theatre. Her work spans a broad spectrum of genres—including contemporary, period, fantasy, and action—bringing depth, realism, and creativity to every production.

Her skillset includes:

With a strong foundation in both technical execution and artistic storytelling, Dimitra has collaborated with major Greek and international production companies, contributing to high-end projects and award-winning content.

She studied at the East Coast School of Makeup in New York, and holds a Master’s in Cultural Management. Her commitment to evolving her craft has led her to participate in specialized SFX seminars and masterclasses across the globe—ensuring she remains at the forefront of international trends and cutting-edge techniques.

Based in Athens, Greece, Dimitra works internationally and is available for film, TV, commercial and theatre productions worldwide.
